Ingredients	Channa dal, Urad dal, Coriander, Fenugreek, Dry coconut, Cumin, Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Javitri, Byadagi chilli, Tamarind, Asafetida, Curry leaves, Turmeric, Peanuts, Jaggery
Benefits	Rich in Proteins and other nutrients. Regulates hunger and digestion.
Directions	Cut brinjals into small pieces, add little salt and fry till golden brown. Add 4 spoons of Mekira Vangi bhath powder(serves 4) and mix well. Sauté for 3 minutes and add boiled rice, salt to taste and 4 spoons of ghee. Cook for 5 more minutes till all the contents are mixed well. Serve hot with Papad or Potato chips.
